“Not sure if they read my initial review or if someone there realized they messed up and needed to do the right thing, but Brandy provided appropriate compensation for my trouble. She ordered the hitch and accessories for my SUV and schedule my appointment. Everything was installed yesterday. I have not used the hitch yet and not sure when I will so I hope it was done correctly. I have no reason to suspect it wasn't . All of this could have been avoided with a little communication.
