“It was my first time visiting this place, I needed an inspection on my car and arrived without an appointment.
They took me in right away and discovered that I also needed my two front tires replaced. Fortunately, they had some good used tires available at an affordable price! Everyone was nice and welcoming, and I was in and out in about 30 to 35 minutes!”

“I drive a 45 ft class A RV, visiting my son near Charlotte Motor Speedway. I noticed a leaky axel seal. The McCarthy shop in Concord , NC was close by. Wayne and Daniel took great care of us, worked us in on a Friday afternoon so we could get back on the road on Sunday. Work was completed in less than an hour. High quality service, very knowledgeable and very experienced. The facility was clean and spacious, easy to access.

“I had an outstanding experience at Firestone. I came in with a flat tire close to closing time, fully expecting to have to come back another day, but the team went above and beyond to get me taken care of right then and there.
They stayed late to make sure my tire was properly repaired and safe to drive on, and they never once made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. The professionalism, work ethic, and willingness to help really stood out. It’s rare to see that level of customer service anymore.
The repair was done quickly and correctly, and they took the time to explain everything to me before I left. I drove away feeling confident and taken care of.
