The worst post office there is. Honestly, they need to shut this place down and give the work to people who actually care about what they do for as much as they get paid. Rude, inconsiderate, lazy people work at this office who just don't care. I am filing 2 formal complaints with the Post Master General regarding this post office. I wish we could request our mail to be routed through another office. I never step foot in here anymore unless I don't have a choice. It's time something is done

Worst post office I have ever been. Worst I ever been talk to in a post office. I was grilled by a federal employee named Yanni, who was extremely rude and ignorant. On top of that he was incoherent and indifferent. I was not the only one who couldn’t understand him or was thrown off by his bad attitude and aggressive demeanor. I went to mail a package and then he asked me what I needed when I had the package on the counter. That’s his job, not mine. And the raggedy building speaks about how it operates. Never going back.

You know it's sad when even at the post office customer service is poor at the most tiny rural post office I've seen in a long time. All I wanted to do was mail off a package. I had the QR code and everything ready. The Clerk Yanni didn't have to do anything but sca n it, tape it, and print the label. You would think I asked him to come pick me and the package up from my house and bring me to the post office and once we arrived at the post office I told him I forgot the package of something. Mr. Yanni you may be a nice guy, I dont know I dont frequent this post office much however, I'm not sure what the problem was today but you definitely should have called off. We are all entitled to bad days but seeing you were too a fellow veteran I'd think you would have learned to check the attitude at the door prior to coming into work. I even asked how his day was going and he reluctantly answered that with an nasty attitude as well. I used to work at the post office and as small as this one is it can't be that bad. However, I dont work here so what do I know right? It's unfortunate to be greeted this way at 8 a.m. but no worries don't have to worry about me coming back. Praying for whatever he's going through.

We love Selima! She is super sweet and we make sure to visit her and do any of our mail on days she works. She is always more than helpful and makes anyone smile. Thank you for all you do!

Just went by this location to try to add postage to a prepaid label - which you CAN do at the counter. The middle aged man working here was extremely rude and unhelpful. I almost walked out in tears. Fire him.

We’ve been living in Wyndham Forest for 6 years now. Packages always say delivered when they’ve clearly not been. Most of the time the mail/package is left in the wrong mail slot and it’s left up to all the neighbors to figure it out amongst ourselves. Can’t reach them on the phone, they won’t call back and God help you if you have to go in the post office and Yanni is there. Just get back in your vehicle and wait for a neighbor to reach out to you.

Very rude is all I can say besides half your packages and the majority of envelopes are open on the corner. Hours of operation are terrible ..Worst post office imaginable . Go to Locust or Stanfield is my suggestion.

Guy who works the front is just rude. First few times I went I thought he was having a rough or bad day. Today I go in to buy tape and ship something he starts to sigh and knock stuff off the desk behide the counter. Guess it was too much to point me to the tape to buy.

Yanni (i think is his name), the middle-aged man-child with dark hair and a static attitude like an angry toddler, is an incredibly rude, disrespectful, and immature individual who has singlehandedly lowered my overall opinion of the entire government workforce in Midland.If someone like Yanni is allowed to remain in his position after the numerous and public complaints regarding his behavior, it speaks volumes of the characters of those above him as well as his own.I'm not sure if the postmaster is somehow unaware or if they share Yanni's values, but I'll drive to a post office in another town before I return here.It's truly disappointing.

Sorry all y'all but I love this location! Midland gets my priority packages out the day I drop them off. Used the Lawyer's Road location once and that will be the last time. Midland is a machine and does alot of volume in that small little location. I have never had a bad experience at that post office and will go there hands down to anywhere else. Some of the most hardworking staff I've ever seen in a post office.

I’m still confused how Yanni has a job considering how rude and disrespectful he is to every customer who walks in the building and all the bad reviews that usps is ignoring. He’s terrible. Can someone do something about this ???
