“Great experience! Greeted soon as I came through the door by what I believe was every employee in the store. It was like a cascading fountain of Welcomes. Store was clean and well put together. I was looking for something specific and when I didn’t see it, I guess I had a defeated look on my face and a very friendly man walked up and ask if he could help me with anything. I told him what I was after (not a very good vague description at that) and he guided me to a couple different areas of the store where I might find what I was looking for. When we didn’t find it, he went out of his way to go look in the back. He returned quite quickly holding not only what I was looking for but brought out three different colors. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I genuinely enjoyed every aspect of my experience. He was a tattooed, bearded gentleman named John. I hope Five Below knows they have a keeper! Thank you again John.”
“Amazing discount store. Some items aren't marked down as low as others when they first arrive, but it's ways worth it to check back. Huge variety for selection, like Walmart meets Lowe's and home depot”

“Your typical dollar general. The staff does a nice job displaying home items. Frequently has a table of sale stuff at the front. They keep a good stock of beach chairs and local shirts in the summer though they are really expensive. Sometimes the cleanliness is not great and sometimes kids will come in and try to run wild, but the staff typically makes them leave. Really thankful to have this store close by.”
“It is convenient to go directly up to the store and quickly get what I need in the way of produce and other essential groceries and things that are of need from where I'm at it's not much hassle I just take a walk even with a walker I go there and take care of my business to come home things to Walmart for what they do”

“came here after long day looking for an extension cord so I could plug in my TV, couldn’t find them anywhere and I was getting frustrated after the day I had, then, like an angel appearing, the employee with the long fluffy blonde hair, his name was david I think, came up to me and asked if I needed help, I said yes, he found the right extension cord for me right away and I almost shed a tear, he was so helpful and kind and his smile brightened my otherwise awful day, thanks a million, will be returning.”
“Lots of selections here. The store looks a bit shabby due to a plain concrete floor and many freight boxes in the aisles, but it's a larger store than many, and they appear to be well staffed. We had no problem finding anyone to answer our questions about where things were. Even though everything is now $1.25, it's still a bargain.”

“Take your time and browse. Lots of stuff that is usable and some stuff that is questionable. If you have pets, this place has some awesome prices on name brand pet food and treats. Just make sure that you look at the expiration date before buying anything that is edible for humans and pets. There's also great prices on houseware, toiletries, grocery and snacks.”

“Miss Robin at the Roses in Jacksonville went way above and beyond. The store was closing, my daughter was in a pinch for a business type outfit for a mock interview, and finding anything in her small size is always a challenge. Robin helped us find options, gave opinions on the match and look (I'm the Dad not in tune with teen fashion and color blind), and made sure we left with a full outfit and dressy shoes. This lady deserves a raise!”

“Monday May 16, 2022.Family Dollar at 175 Freedom Way, Kimberly was great! I had an item to return. Kimberly administered the return with no problems.Saturday May 14, 2022.Family Dollar at 1419 Marine BLVD Rae said she didn't want to return it, because she don't want to get in trouble. And then proceeded to insinuate that I damaged the product. Then Rae stated she was going to call all the other Family Dollars in the area, to tell them not to let me return the item.The item was a mattress cover. The defect was the zipper fell off while unzipping it before I putting it on the mattress. Never was on mattress.”
