Customer service is exceptional and awesome. The team is helpful, honest, professional, and friendly. They walk customers through steps and try to help come up with solutions. Even when storage does not work out, they handle situations with professionalism, offering full and quick refunds. This results in strong recommendations from customers. The facility offers a host of amenities for renting with confidence. These include wide aisles, a dump station, and a secure online payment system. Covered storage is available and is a huge relief. Very easy to access and in a great location. Never had a problem storing my camper there. Access is controlled by a gate using your own access code.
