“When it came to measuring my space, Michael was flexible and able to accommodate my schedule. He measured 7-8 rooms and it took less than 10 minutes.

My experience in-store was great. They had recommendations for both carpet brands and vinyl, and were able to quickly whittle my options down to three or four based on my home's style and needs, so choosing a style/design/color wasn't nearly as overwhelming as I expected.

Regarding installation, the team replaced carpet in my living room and on my stairs, and installed carpet in our playroom/family room. These are the two biggest rooms in our house. They started work at 9am and were finished by 5pm, and we are THRILLED with the results!

We will use this business again when we are ready to replace bathroom and entryway flooring.”
