“I appreciate the care my dog, Maggie, receives at Mint Hill Animal Hospital from the initial phone call for an appointment to checking in and then being seen. The vet techs are caring, thorough in recording the reason for our visit and skilled in obtaining urine and blood samples. Dr. Aller is gentle in examining Maggie, aware of her anxiety. I never feel rushed. He thoroughly answers my questions, explains what is going on with her and prescribes what is necessary to remedy what is going on with her.I have thought of changing vets given the length of the drive, but the excellent care Maggie receives at Mint Hill Animal Hospital is the reason we will not change.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this veterinarian clinic. Everyone is so nice and Dr Allers is an exceptional dr. I have one dog who is a rescue and was abused, so needless to say he doesn't trust people easily and it can make for some challenging visits. The very first visit Dr Allers took Murphy and just walked him around the clinic trying to build up his trust. He performed a surgery on him last year and I could not be more appreciative of the care and compassion he showed. From the beginning he took the time to discuss the surgery with me and to answer any questions I had. He also responded to emails I sent after the surgery even when he was off work. At a couple of follow-up visits he actually picked Murphy up and carried him into the clinic when Murphy refused to go inside and this isn't a small dog! He has gone above and beyond to make modifications at each visit so Murphy isn't as scared and to continue to build that trust. This is treatment we never received at our previous vet and honestly not something you are probably going to get at many vet clinics. The techs and front desk staff are also very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I will continue to bring my dogs to Mint Hill Animal Hospital!”
