“These people really have their stuff together. This team gets it done and done right! The quality of work is exceptional and for the cost I have to say unbelievably much lower then expected. We have been taking our trucks here for over ten years now and we will continue to do so. Everybody at ASC is proud to operate our great looking equipment thanks to the wonderful team and the great job they have done at Byrne trucking Equipment. Thanks again guys for everything.”
“I've been in there several times in the past couple weeks. Everyone there, I've encountered so far, seem to be very courteous. Helpfull with adequate knowledge about the thier parts and products.”
“10/10 Customer Service! Alex helped me today. He helped me figure out what oil I should put in my car, and even directed me on putting it in there. I’m a young girl so I don’t know much about cars and Alex was super helpful. They are also kind to minorities.
Thanks.”
“Billy has done excellent and affordable work for me since 1998,without a comback yet. He may not answer phone because he’s in rear of shop or spraying, Leave mrssage.”
“Brand new in town and had truck issues today. Called this Auto Zone as recommended by my new neighbor and man am I glad I did. Makenzy answered my call so fast and knew exactly what I was trying to describe. She knew what parts I needed and made me feel smarter than I know I probably sounded over the phone. I decided to get a ride to the store because I trusted her advice. Not only did she get me hooked up with the right parts, but she was very friendly and funny too. She made me feel very comfortable with my decisions and purchases. But she didn’t stop there. When I told her I had no idea where to take my truck to get it going again, she was at the ready with recommendations, shop names and phone numbers. It really was a one stop shop. She was excellent and I’ll definitely be going back just because of her! She was helpful and then some. Shout out to her with my most gratitude! Way to go Auto Zone in Mocksville NC. You’ve scored a customer for life.”
“Brought two wheels out to have the tires replaced, talked to an associate outside, before even looking at what size tires they were he said they could not change the tires for us, said they didn’t have the tires in stock (we went inside and checked before going back out, tires were on the shelf). We left and came back, with our wheels, grabbed the tires ourself and talked to a different associate who told us it would be no problem to get the tires put on and even balanced them for us. Make sure your associates know what services you do and don’t provide. Second associate who helped us was great!”

“I've been there 3 times and found the customer service to be above average. Staff is great. The store is neat as a pin and well organized. This will be my first stop when I need parts and supplies.”
