I used this bank years ago. First of all, they couldn't get my direct deposit set up with my current job at the time and anytime I asked them about it, they said it was on my jobs end when it wasn't. I went to ask why my account balance was in the negative and this is the day I closed my account because she said she it was because I didn't have enough money but I specifically set my account up in such a way that if I over spent it would decline. So she said I had to wait to speak to another woman who was with someone already. I had to cash my check at Walmart, pay the balance that I shouldn't have had in the first place then closed my account. WORST BANK EXPERIENCE EVER.

Teller in drive thru could have been a little nicer. Went to make a deposit for the company I didn't know it did not have correct change. The teller seems to want to school me on policy . Telling me this and that needing my driver's license. No problem gave my license to her. I explained I didn't know, she didn't care. She was rude. I am not a client. I won't be either....?

I would stay clear of this bank. I am closing out all my bank accounts with Trust bank tomorrow.I was parked in parking lot this morning and had the police approach me about a phone call placed about me from a bank employee.I was sitting minding my own business IN MY CAR when police approached. I moved vehicle to McDonald's across the street police followed me to McDonald's. I went back over to to trust bank again to DO BUSINESS AND THEY CALLED POLICE AGAIN AND HAD ME TRESPASSED OFF THE PROPERTY FOR NO REASON AT ALL. TWO PHONE CALLS WERE PLACED TO POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR NO REASON AT ALL JUST FOR SIMPLY SITTING IN MY CAR TO WAIT FOR BANK BRANCH TO OPEN ... THIS BANK IS PROBLEMATIC AND I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. CALLING POLICE TO HAVE THERE OWN CUSTOMER TRESPASSED OFF THE PROPERTY FOR SITTING IN THERE CAR.

Have tried for 2 days to get help to stop payment on a transaction The 844 number puts you on hold and never answers even after hour Then I call local branch and you have to leave a message Absolutely pathetic customer service

Very poor customer service. Have been a customer for over 30 years. Called Deborah a week ago and was promised a call back that never came. Today, husband made a trip to the bank to deposit an insurance check and was told I would have to be there. I drove all the way back and was told they were holding the funds which I needed in the bank by 2pm. Put a hold on the check for 5 days preventing us from purchasing a car that we’ve been without for over a month. After this, I believe it’s time for a change. I do not recommend Truist at this time. They once were awesome. Now I’d rate my last few experiences as awful.

This bank needs to find some help or shut down. Been in the drive thru 30mins and it hasn't even moved. Thank god I didn't come after people got off work. Might still be still there. Every week it's like this.

We called to set an appointment and explained we needed a set time due to needing to be back to work. They assured us that was fine and then made us wait well after the appointment time to see us. Extremely unhelpful and inconsiderate.

I don’t even bank with this branch for good reason, the lady’s at the window are so rude and disrespectful. If it wasn’t for the company I work with I wouldn’t go to this particular branch. Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes. In particular Tanya the supervisor and teller Sissy they always have something rude to say or comment when I deposit there. More so Tanya then Sissy…I wouldn’t bank here if you have other options chose to go there because this branch needs some more training in customer service and serving the public. Bank elsewhere it’s not worth the hassle and you are guaranteed better treatment somewhere else then at this particular Branch located in Mocksville NC.

I’ve had my account here for almost 10 years. They have never given me a reason to change. Customer service is always good. And the things they do to protect you info is great.

BB&T your customer service is lacking! 5+ tellers and only one Branch Banker working? Plus you have customer service on hold on speaker phone playing elovator music for the past 30+ min for everyone in the bank to hear!!

I've been banking with this particular bank for well over 6 years now. Excellent service. Extremely friendly. I come in talk with the teller for a minute or two while I'm depositing money or withdrawing, and then I'm out the door with a smile on my face, because I know my money is safe and I had another amazing experience with my bank. I've never had an issue with this bank.Highly recommend banking here if you live in the Mocksville area.

Taniya Bandy lost me as a BB&T customer for refusing to give me a bank tellers name who belittle and discriminated against me when I ask to speak to a supervisor in regards to concerns on my account. I later found out the banker I had an issue with her name was Erica (Spanish lady). So since you want to provide HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and the fact your ATM machine never works. It is without a doubt I am walking away from BB&T being a costumer for 8 years. I was hoping suntrust could fix the branch bb&t costumer service here in Mocksville but I cannot wait for that to finally happen. Today 3/12/2020 was the last straw!
