“I rarely write a review but I just had to write this one due to such an awesome experience. The staff of Gerber Collision in Monroe are superior in customer service. Our daughters first vehicle needed some bonding work due to a design flaw within the vehicles make. Getting an appt was easy and fast. Actually getting the work done was also super fast. I can't say enough about such an awesome staff and experience. I hope to not have to have any collision work done in the future but if I do it will be with Gerber in Monroe. “After purchasing a vehicle from Griffin GMC and their refusal to replace a battery on a vehicle that I purchased three weeks prior and had yet to make a payment on, I went here to get a battery. Mark was extremely helpful and even told me he would change it out right there on site. As a disabled veteran this was awesome service and experience. While he changed the battery for me we charged and joked and he truly cared. If management is reading this, do what you can to keep this guy around for as long as you can and make sure he is taken care of. I will definitely be talking and singing your stores great praise and I will drive down to this location from Matthews just because of mark and reputation this location has. “I have a brand new F150, over course someone didn’t respect other people’s property and they put a nice sized door ding in the side. On my lunch hour I stopped by The Hit Man in Monroe, NC. Wow, this shop works miracles! In 45 minutes, while I waiting he had the dent removed and I could not even tell where it was located! I highly recommend this company!”

“I was referred to this place by George from SOHO motorsports and I really can't thank everyone enough! Back in July my tire debeaded off the wheel and the rim smashed part of my drivers side quarter panel. Alex ran an estimate but I was unable to drop my car off till much later. During that time, Alex said that the earliest date they had available to drop my vehicle off would be 09/13 and it would take 2 weeks for my vehicle to be completed. I was concerned because i had a trip scheduled around the same time the car was to be completed and I expressed this to Alex. Alex reassured me by saying that he would have my car ready by 09/24 so that i can leave for vacation the next day.Fast forward to 09/23 and i get a call from Alex telling me that my car was ready. A whole day before the promised date!! I couldn't believe it and i wanted to pick up my car immediately. Unfortunately I didn't have a ride and had to wait till 09/24 to pick it up. Worth the wait because when I saw my car, it looked brand new. Imperfections that the front end had from being in NYC were completely removed!!The damage to the quarter panel looked as though nothing happened!! The work was flawless!!Once again, one of the best body shops that you can find in Charlotte/Monroe and worth your time and money”

“I stopped by this location today because the Indian Trail location did not have what I was looking for. Josh was working the counter and after I explained to him what I was working on and trying to accomplish he understood my issue and invited me behind the counter to put my own eyes on what they had to offer to solve my problem. Josh gave a few suggestions of his own that that I didn't think of myself and made my decisions easy for a quick and proper repair. He even demonstrated an “experiment†on the front counter to make sure what we came up with would work! Josh is an absolute asset to your company! Hope y'all treat him well.. “I really appreciate everything about this experience. I was a little concerned with if they would be able to get the right color blend, and how long it would take. Big Brothers definitely understood without me even having to press the issue. They stayed in contact with me and the insurance company, letting us know how far they’ve come. Only taking a couple weeks my car is back in my hands, and she looks brand spanking new. Before giving me a call they gave the car a scan to make sure everything was working properly.
