“I really appreciate everything about this experience. I was a little concerned with if they would be able to get the right color blend, and how long it would take. Big Brothers definitely understood without me even having to press the issue. They stayed in contact with me and the insurance company, letting us know how far they’ve come. Only taking a couple weeks my car is back in my hands, and she looks brand spanking new. Before giving me a call they gave the car a scan to make sure everything was working properly. “They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle, and even helped me track down an additional problem because we weren't sure if it was related to the accident or not. It turned out to not be related to the accident. Actually, it stumped all of us for a bit (I somewhat know my way around car mechanics) and the problem didn't trace back to the impact area like we expected. It turns out that the issue is probably because my car was initially driven in an area that gets way more snow and therefore was subjected to be driven on salted roads. Everyone was very friendly, and I was kept very informed about the repair progress via regular text updates.”

“Bob and his team are helping me with the bodywork restoration on my ’68 Barracuda. It’s a bit of a drive from Charlotte, but absolutely worth the extra miles. Bob is incredibly knowledgeable, does top-notch work, and runs a shop full of friendly people who clearly have a genuine passion for what they do. This type of work is never cheap, but we’re moving forward at a pace that fits my budget, and he’s made great recommendations along the way to help keep costs down. I can say with complete confidence that this is a shop you can trust for excellent results at a fair price.”
“I want to thank Greg and his dad Jerry for putting me back on my feet. I took polio at age two in 1948 and I have to wear a brace up to my hip. Two times they have come to my recuse by fixing my brace and saved me a lot of money. When I go to the brace shop in Charlotte I have to pay out of pocket. God bless them both, they are truly good people. Btw they wouldnt take a dime. This world needs more people like them.”

“Went in to buy a battery and have it installed. I was in and out in no time. Even after a brief wait as the store got busy and Jordan the employee helping me out had to man the register for a few, during installation of the battery...which allowed me to walk around the store and grab a few other items. Top notch customer service in my opinion.”
“My car over heated from what seemed like a radiator hose. I was alone, struggling, and frantic for a quick fix as I had an appointment to make. I was hours away from home one direction, and hours away from family the other direction. As soon as I walked in the store, Isaiah immediately greeted me with a smile and calmly let me know he understood my situation and would do whatever it took to help. First he helped me locate a Towing company, next he checked my car to see what the problem may be, then he let me periodically walk in and out of the store to help cool down my son and offered to let me stay as long as I needed until my ride arrived, Lastly, he was very quick to let me know that someone (my family members) was unlocking my vehicle by watching the cameras. You could tell he genuinely cared about my troubles. He was attentive, polite, helpful, friendly, and everything you need when you feel alone and stranded on the side of the road. Through all of this, I witnessed him handle a steady amount of customers by himself while maintaining a calm, warm, and inviting demeanor. I truly have never received such genuine customer service. Isaiah is a guy that I could tell loved his job and meant what he said; he was there to help and would do the best he could. Someone get this man a raise! I will be retuning to this store upon any need of parts, roadside trouble, or if I just need to be reminded that good workers and authentic customer service still exists. Thank you!”

“The one on the left is bad the one on the right is Good. NGK spark plugs beware !!! I am going to be making a YouTube video about this . Auto zone stop taking return on spark plugs that are damaged. I wasted 400 dollars buying spark plugs from them . Mistake it was . Whoever see this comment when u take a return on a spark plug look at the tip make sure it’s not damaged. Went to multiple different locations all the same thing . After I finish the video link will be in the description on the next review. Not looking for a refund but this is sad.”

“Tay was so helpful and friendly, got me all taken care of with this alternator. Been struggling with trying to figure out where it came from, once I figured out it was Napa I drove there and went over Goodyear to get the new one. Now they gotta change it like last time and I bring the old part back to get the warranty honored. Don't let them tell you that you can't have your old part, the box it came in, etc. Those are important things for getting core charges refunded and warranties honored! This goes for any mechanic shop! And Napa said the same thing. Always hold onto the box and get the old part back. I love the honesty and transparency and that the manager and Tay were both women who understood what I had been going through with mechanics and shops giving you a hard time. Thank you guys! 💖”
