“They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle, and even helped me track down an additional problem because we weren't sure if it was related to the accident or not. It turned out to not be related to the accident. Actually, it stumped all of us for a bit (I somewhat know my way around car mechanics) and the problem didn't trace back to the impact area like we expected. It turns out that the issue is probably because my car was initially driven in an area that gets way more snow and therefore was subjected to be driven on salted roads. Everyone was very friendly, and I was kept very informed about the repair progress via regular text updates.”
“Gerber Collision Monroe was outstanding to work with. I was involved in an accident on Monday, dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday, and had it back the following Tuesday (It was ready on Monday, but I was out of town). Everyone I delt with was professional, and they went above and beyond helping me get this taken care of. The work looks wonderful and you cannot tell that the vehicle was involved in an accident.”
“I highly recommend Monroe Glass Shop! We have used them twice now over the course of several years to fix broken house windows and they have done a fantastic job both times! They have also saved us a lot of money both times.”
