I travel frequently for work and am often away for extended periods of time, and when my vehicle was ready, I wasn't able to pick it up right away and they were extremely understanding and accommodating, and they continued to care for and keep possession of my car until I was finally able to schedule a pickup, that level of patience and customer service meant a lot to me and took a huge weight off my shoulders.
I really can't express enough how much I appreciated this group and everything they did and It's not often you come across a team that is not only great at what they do, but also genuinely cares about their customers and their situation.

“They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle, and even helped me track down an additional problem because we weren't sure if it was related to the accident or not. It turned out to not be related to the accident. Actually, it stumped all of us for a bit (I somewhat know my way around car mechanics) and the problem didn't trace back to the impact area like we expected. It turns out that the issue is probably because my car was initially driven in an area that gets way more snow and therefore was subjected to be driven on salted roads. Everyone was very friendly, and I was kept very informed about the repair progress via regular text updates.”

Very professional workplace, great/friendly employees and the owner too.. couldn't have asked for a better experience with them and will be for sure recommencing them to all my friends/relatives probably going to even post on Facebook to share my experience even more as well as tell all my friends about it and probably they share it to theirs as well thank you guys so much Terry. “I was referred to this place by George from SOHO motorsports and I really can't thank everyone enough! Back in July my tire debeaded off the wheel and the rim smashed part of my drivers side quarter panel. Alex ran an estimate but I was unable to drop my car off till much later. During that time, Alex said that the earliest date they had available to drop my vehicle off would be 09/13 and it would take 2 weeks for my vehicle to be completed. I was concerned because i had a trip scheduled around the same time the car was to be completed and I expressed this to Alex. Alex reassured me by saying that he would have my car ready by 09/24 so that i can leave for vacation the next day.Fast forward to 09/23 and i get a call from Alex telling me that my car was ready. A whole day before the promised date!! I couldn't believe it and i wanted to pick up my car immediately. Unfortunately I didn't have a ride and had to wait till 09/24 to pick it up. Worth the wait because when I saw my car, it looked brand new. Imperfections that the front end had from being in NYC were completely removed!!The damage to the quarter panel looked as though nothing happened!! The work was flawless!!Once again, one of the best body shops that you can find in Charlotte/Monroe and worth your time and money”
“My Baterry Meter had been dropping after being on road over an hour. From 14 to about 11 volts. Been Really Hot last few days.. Stopped in At Interstate Battery in Monroe. N. C. On my way home from Charlotte. Got welcomed in And helped Right Away. Checked my Baterry. Told me its age and I asked what he thought was best. I believe his name was Jesse or Jereme? GREAT Guy!! Very Professional!! Had me out in No time!! Maybe 15 mins.. Told me may take a minute for all features to reset. I Had A Great Experience here!! Will tell others!! “Too bad there is only five stars. They deserve 10 stars!!!!. In last 8 years I had 3 cars Eddy worked on , they came out like brand new from manafacturer. 3 years ago Geico told me if I take my car to the location they suggest they will guarantee work for life. They suggested me to Caliber collision in Indian land. The worst service ever.it took them 4 months to get my Audi Q7 they buffed it with turtle wax , they didn't b even remove the residue and broke a part and 3 years later they still didn't get the piece they broke. All these national chain store should learn from this mom & pap store Eddie's for quality of work and how to provide excellent and trust worthy customer care.”

“I honestly couldn't have been more thrilled with my past 2 experiences. While this place is an auto store, 2 different young gentleman on 2 different days assisted me with troubleshooting tips and advice for getting my electric generator running after years of sitting idle. I was also able to get the fuel line and carburetor fluid I needed to get the generator running again. Their knowledge and assistance was greatly appreciated.”
