I dropped off my prescription yesterday around noon. The pharmacist said it would be ready by 2:30pm. I go by the next day on my lunch break. Not only is it not ready, but they did not even know it needed to be filled. So I spent my lunch break waiting for them to do what they said they would do yesterday. Nobody apologized to me.

Ben and Taniqua were extremely helpful and pleasant. Ben went above and beyond and helped me with wound care and even explained the pharmacy products I was purchasing. He then gave me directions on how to avoid further infection, he didn’t have to take the time out to help me but he did and it meant a lot.

They are slow rude and disrespectful. And why close for lunch when you should have some staff go at different times so you can stay open at that time to help your customers. Some people don’t have time when they are working just to pickup there medicine when it’s convenient to cvs they should be there for the customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacists are rude and very unpleasant. There seems to always be a problem getting medicines filled and they will blame either the insurance company, a technician or supply. I changed pharmacies because the service and the pharmacists were so subpar. I would give 5 stars to using any other pharmacy besides this location.
