“This may be the nicest and warmest feelings I’ve ever felt at a storage unit! The staff is so friendly! When I got there to inquire on a unit the sign noted that they were out on the property..I called the number, reached Sarah and in no time had my storage, the kicker was going in to introduce my but instead being greeted by a smile from the office letting me know she had the information and gave me clear directions to the unit! She offered with any help I need again with a smile..They may not know it but they made my day!”
“Mike did an amazing job of explaining everything and showing me the units available. I will be moving my stuff over from another Extra Space location and he made it easy. Mike was kind, courteous and helpful. If only everyone was as knowledgeable about their job! Give him a raise. He deserves it.”
“I got a 5x5 Unit and its fairly its pretty nice and clean. Prices are subject to market fluctuations and you'll need insurance. You can call up the property manager during business hours and they are fairly helpful. I was also able to use my own lock!”

The owner replied to me promptly when I acquired information at his Wingate location. At that time, he didn't have larger units available, but he had one available at this location. It was straight forward what his expectations were, the contract was easy to read, and things went smoothly. He always answered promptly via phone calls or text messages. He's personable and professional. I highly recommend Cooper Storage.”
