“We rented a climate controlled unit in 2020 with furniture and household goods. In June 2025 we emptied the unit. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no dust, no bugs, absolutely nothing. Looks like everything was put in the week before. The staff was always helpful whenever we called. Access was always easy. If you are looking for a clean, easy to access storage unit- check this place out first!!”
“I got a 5x5 Unit and its fairly its pretty nice and clean. Prices are subject to market fluctuations and you'll need insurance. You can call up the property manager during business hours and they are fairly helpful. I was also able to use my own lock!”

“I learned about this place when researching for storage places. It's always my preference to stay away from corporate locations. The owner replied to me promptly when I acquired information at his Wingate location. At that time, he didn't have larger units available, but he had one available at this location. It was straight forward what his expectations were, the contract was easy to read, and things went smoothly. He always answered promptly via phone calls or text messages. He's personable and professional. I highly recommend Cooper Storage.”
