Shannon was absolutely amazing! My original move-in date was scheduled for this Saturday, but due to some unexpected personal reasons, I needed access to my unit sooner. I came in about 20 minutes before closing, and Shannon still took the time to help me complete my application and personally walk me through the facility.
She was professional, patient, and incredibly kind, never once made me feel rushed. The entire process was smooth and stress-free because of her. Customer service like this truly makes a difference. Thank you, Shannon, for going above and beyond! Highly recommend this Public Storage location.”
