If it's not available in store they will know where to locate it and get it shipped.I have seen a lot of changes in staff members over the years but the core team is still there and so is the warm welcome whether it be from a new associate or some that I've been dealing with for 10 years.”

“The group at Classic Collision (formerly Smitty’s) is terrific! I stopped in today to get an estimate on repairing the rear quarter panel on my car and putting the muffler bracket back in place. I expected to be without my car for a few days and pay $500 - $1,000 for the work. Instead, the estimator came out and fixed it right there in the parking lot in 5 minutes and charged me NOTHING! I know this will not be everyone’s experience, but these guys are amazing! I have been there several times in the past, and they will always be my go-to body shop. “My car wouldn't start and it had a oil light on, even after changing the oil myself. I called triple A but they didn't have the right battery for me and advised to go to AutoZone. I called AutoZone, panicking a bit and thinking my car repair was going to cost me thousands. Tre calmed me down and advised I come in so that they could take a look at it.
Tre and Brandon both provided exceptional customer service and changed my car battery and tested all of the systems. They earned a new customer today :). Will definitely be going back to this location if I ever get in a pickle again. Thanks guys.”
“I've always had great service from these folks. I called and got a quote on tires for my car and the price didn't change when i came to pick it up, which is more than i can say for some shops around here. Tires made my car ride and handle better than new, along with the alignment made a very happy set of customers. I do ask of my own maintenance, but it's good to know great shops like this still exist. Great work, honest people and good pricing. Keep up the great work y'all!”
