“We dropped off my BMW that was rear ended in hopes that it would be able to be repaired, unfortunately it was not able to be repaired. But the service and patience that the Color Master team showed was incredible. I was able to look around their shop and it is top notch, I would not hesitate to have them work on any of my cars.”

“AutoZone kicks booty! That might have sounded weird as you replayed it through your mind but I’m not allowed to use the other word. Imagine that was changed throughout the world. It wouldn’t be ‘asinine.’ It would be ‘bootinine’.’ But only uptight people that wear brown trousers would use the word ‘asinine’ and would never use ‘bootinine.’ But the latter wouldn’t be used by hipsters either. It sits in that weird place, like Primus. Nobody knows what to make of it. Back to cars… Either you trust me or you don’t. Very few people you can trust. And even fewer car people, but this is one of those places. Always go here first.”

“I can't begin to describe how much of a great company these guys are to deal with. To give the short version, I attempted to order a alternator bracket from KRC power steering through SRI performance. KRC was apparently having a very difficult time producing the item I ordered in an even more difficult time communicating that issue with both me and SRI. Throughout all this I ended up being in contact with Gavin from Sri. Not only did he go out of his way to contact KRC on at least a half dozen occasions he kept me updated each time he did and what the follow-up was from them. I can't tell you how fantastic he was to deal with. I finally received my parts after about a month and a half directly from KRC but even before that Gavin kept in touch with constant updates. If I could give more stars I absolutely would. It's not often that you receive such outstanding customer service let alone getting that service and not purchasing anything from the company. I will now do all of my business I can through SRI, I can't thank Gavin enough and the wonderful staff over at SRI. If you're looking for a company to purchase parts from that has outstanding customer service I highly recommend giving these guys a shot.”
