“I can't begin to describe how much of a great company these guys are to deal with. To give the short version, I attempted to order a alternator bracket from KRC power steering through SRI performance. KRC was apparently having a very difficult time producing the item I ordered in an even more difficult time communicating that issue with both me and SRI. Throughout all this I ended up being in contact with Gavin from Sri. Not only did he go out of his way to contact KRC on at least a half dozen occasions he kept me updated each time he did and what the follow-up was from them. I can't tell you how fantastic he was to deal with. I finally received my parts after about a month and a half directly from KRC but even before that Gavin kept in touch with constant updates. If I could give more stars I absolutely would. It's not often that you receive such outstanding customer service let alone getting that service and not purchasing anything from the company. I will now do all of my business I can through SRI, I can't thank Gavin enough and the wonderful staff over at SRI. If you're looking for a company to purchase parts from that has outstanding customer service I highly recommend giving these guys a shot.”

“If you need fishing or hunting supplies they'll have just about everything you'll need. The only reason it isn't a 5 star was because they didn't have the magazines I needed and the ammunition was kind of high. But in a last minute situation they came through pretty good.”

“I have to say moving down to Mooresville is like vacation everyday. Being a part of Lake effects is the icing on the cake! Staff and facility are 10 stars if i could give it to them. Jackie and Emma are the friendliest most professional. The boat staff Zack, Jack and the rest of the crew are super attentive when you come in and out with the boat. I have been a member since April and have no regrets joining.”
