“After having a very disappointing experience with the Avis location in Kannapolis at Cloverleaf Plaza, I contacted the Mooresville Avis location less than 24 hours before my family trip to Florida. Julie, the manager at this location, went above and beyond to help us get into an SUV for our vacation after our original reservation situation fell apart.
She was respectful, professional, positive, and genuinely cared about helping my family. She was even able to help us with a discount after we had already canceled our previous reservation due to issues with the Kannapolis location.
Because of Julie and the Mooresville team, we were able to continue our family vacation plans without canceling our trip. That level of customer service is hard to find today.
I highly recommend renting from this Avis location if you want people who actually care and are willing to help customers.”
