This review is more about customer service than anything else.
They were severely let down by a major international courier who delivered my first battery, significantly damaged having been dropped.
They were quick in replacing it with no hassle whatsoever.
The second battery was also delivered damaged, by the same courier.
Again, the. replacement Was sent out, next day with no quibble, fortunately using a different courier.
It arrived undamaged.
