Small store. They have everything you need in terms of electronics. If not you can order it online and pick it up. Everything is expensive and they only sell Smart TV, which is a bummer. I don't want more corporations listening to me. No complaints about their service. Plenty of people working on the floor

While the service in the store was great their call center leaves something to be desired. I ordered a toaster and they sent me a Snow Cone Machine. Not my fault, right? I have spent almost 2 hours of my life on both chat and phone. They have put in an order for the correct item and sent me a shipping label. Okay, but, they did not send a pickup order with that label and if I wanted a pickup I would have to pay. One person even threatened to hold my toaster hostage if I did not return the item to UPS or the local store. Now, as I see it, I DID NOT PULL THE WRONG ITEM OFF THE SHELF ! Best Buy should either send me a label with a pickup order or if they cannot do that then let me keep the item without holding my toaster hostage. Never again will I get something from Best Buy.

DO YOU ALL EVEN INTERVIEW COMPETENT PEOPLE?THE WORST SERVICE OF ANY BEST BUY I HAVE EVER BEEN IN IN MY LIFE....I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THIS IS A TRAINING STORE....THERE IS NO WAY THAT THE SERVICE IS THIS BAD AT EVERY BEST BUY?EVERYTIME I GO IN HERE THEY HAVE TO TALK TO A MANAGER THEN ONCE THAT DOESNT RESOLVE MY ISSUE...THEY STAND AN TALK TO ME IN CIRCLES UNTIL I FINALLY THROW UP MY HANDS GIVE UP AND WALK OUT...IF YOU EVER WONDERED WHY BEST BUY IS SLOWLY DISAPPEARING...JUST STOP BY THIS BEST BUY AND YOU WILL QUICKLY SEE WHY...I AM BLOWN AWAY BY JUST HOW BAD THIS STORE AND ITS EMPLOYEES ARE!

I wanted to provide a review for Joseph. I believe he’s half Korean/spanish. I’ve been to amBest Buy in various locations, i.e., concord, hickory, and Mooresville. Joseph has been the only one to approach me, and assist me with setting up a reliable network for my sister’s restaurant. He has a great attitude and there needs to be more people like him!!!

We went by the store to look at a cooktop we saw on line. Supposedly there was one available to see and purchase at the Mooresville location. Not only could we not find the cooktop, but there was no one around to help us find one. We finally left and went to Queen City Appliance in Huntersville.

Don't get your wireless service here. Went in to switch to Tmobile and get a free Iphone 14 pro with a trade. Told me to send my phone to a specific address. My traded phone ended up in a Best buy distribution center somewhere. ( Not where it was supposed to be sent) So now i never received credit for a trade AND I'm paying $42 dollars a month for this phone and NOBODY can help. Store manager tells me to call the 800 number. I then receive my traded phone back 2 months later in the mail. When you call the store number it forwards you to a call center instead. I've been to this Best Buy twice in the past week and have had some great service and also some really bad service. Today we had bad service - we were looking for a phone and no one was in the cell phone area. We went to the front and a young kid was tasked with helping us. He was extremely rude and smart-a$$ed (sorry, I don't have another way to word that) and before we were finished he walked away to help another customer (and never returned), so we had to find a guy in a different department to help us (and he did, and was very nice and helpful). I understand that it's the holidays and some people are probably bent out of shape that they have to work but that doesn't excuse rude behavior. We left without purchasing anything (despite the second guy's helpfulness) because by that point my husband was beyond irritated. In a world where brick and mortar retail shopping isn't very common, I wouldn't think you'd want to be rude to your customers.

Astounding customer service. Actually had some time to look at all options regarding a laptop. Tyler was extremely helpful in explaining little details for device comparison and what is suited better for the use it is needed for. All in all 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a reliable laptop and Tyler is available to assist you.

We recently purchased an iPhone 15 Pro to be delivered to our daughter as a gift, she received the wrong items and someone else received our iPhone. After contacting Best Buy right away, 2 in store manager visits and customer service three times with an escalation ticket; Best Buy’s promise to be called back within 72 hours, has come and gone by more than a week and we still do not have a phone or an update, and we have already paid for it. I’m very disappointed in Best Buy, as I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and this is now how they choose to handle the situation for a “valued” customer. This feels like fraud to me. I’ve paid for an item that you didn’t deliver. Maybe the multiple reviews that I am forced to leave will finally get to the right person in this investigation or I can help someone else from having the same experience. I guess do not order online from Best Buy is the lesson here.
