However, some note that everything is expensive and they only sell Smart TVs, which is seen as a bummer. While service is praised, some wish there were more employees available.

Eli did an amazing job with transferring my data from my old iPhone to new Samsung. He was able to fix issues and also remained very polite during a process that took a bit longer than expected. Great results and no complaints, highly recommend.
