When we arrived at Sweet Dreams Mattress & Outlet, Greg helped answer all of our questions, showing all the various options they had to offer, so we could find what best fit our needs. He was very patient helping us find the right financing option, explaining everything to help us and made sure even after the mattress and bed frame were delivered that everything was up to par.Their delivery team of Max and Jake were very efficient, and mindful when doing the setup, and even when there was a bit of a mixup, were quick to figure out a solution and get everything taken care of that same day!If you are looking for a new mattress or even some furniture, it is the place to go where you will be taken care of, ready for a good night’s rest.”

“Amazing amazing amazing!!!! Me and my wife came in here new to the area and struggling to find good sleep! Michael helped us find our sleep number, let us try the beds, and even shows us pillows AND Financing!!! I now am getting the best sleep of my life for only $60 a month !!!!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough! If you are ready to transform not only your sleep but how your body feels on a daily basis then sleep number is the first door to open!!!! THANK YOU MICHAEL”
“I recently purchased a sofa from this store, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Despite the mixed reviews I read before making my purchase, my own experience was excellent.
Firstly, the price was significantly lower than Ashley products, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sofa. The delivery was on time, and I received the sofa exactly when they said I would—within 3 weeks. The communication from the owner (Chris) was prompt and helpful; whenever I had a question or needed an update, they responded quickly.
I understand that there have been some negative reviews about delayed responses and delivery issues, but in my case, everything went smoothly. I think it’s important to remember that not every situation is the same, and sometimes patience is key. The store may be busy, which can affect response times, but that doesn’t necessarily reflect the overall quality of their service.
I highly recommend this store based on my positive experience. If you’re looking for great value and a smooth buying process, this place is worth considering!”

“Shae the manager has been a blessing to work with! Rent a center was not willing to do a short term lease for us. We had family coming g in from out of town for two weeks and just needed a bed for that. Shae got us set up with a new, comfortable bed for our parents stay. During their stay with us our refrigerator went out. We currently lease our home and the turn around time for any issues is terrible with them. I called Shae back because her customer service was so wonderful. She had a refrigerator delivered to me by the end of the day. Thanks for alleviating the issue for me so quickly and effortlessly.”

“This is my third time shopping at this location and with Dan Pieszchala. I’ve had a great experience each time and with Dan. He’s been knowledgeable, patient, and has taken care of my shopping needs for each house and stage of life I’ve been over the past decade! You can’t say that for many sales people! I have furnished 2-3 different homes for all sorts of needs and stages of my life and have Ashley furniture has kept up with current market trends and offered great sales. Dan was not pushy and excellent as always to work with! I couldn’t recommend him or this location more! Thank you!”
