“Needed a good place to stay for a few days on and off over the course of a few weeks. Met Tabatha at the front desk after speaking to her on the phone about availability.

Nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Tabatha, and the rest of the hotel staff are amazing! They are friendly, outgoing, and very accommodating.

Breakfast for a hotel stay is delicious. Fresh eggs, potatoes, etc… They have a waffle maker, fresh fruit, yogurts, and plenty of other morning snacks.

3 or four different rooms over few week stay, and they were all spotless, smelled fresh, had clean sheets, and everything you pray your hotel room looks like when you’re exhausted. Quiet, and the grounds are clean.

Hotel is conveniently located to Mooresville downtown, all the major shopping box stores, I77, etc without actually being in the traffic or busy areas. A great place to stay if you’re flying in and out of Charlotte Airport too as it’s about a 30 minute drive.

Will be staying there again very soon!

“Nice hotel staff was very friendly rooms was clean the only small issue was there were no utensils in the room which was a suite with a kitchen and the pool wasn’t clean it had green algae they offer a hot breakfast which was decent not great but overall it was a nice hotel”

“The staff is stellar. I am beyond grateful of this staff. I accidentally left some stuff in the room after I left. They found it, sent it to me, and everything was there. So happy - they are very trustworthy. With the rooms being clean, the amenities (fitness, bar, pool table) being a nice added touches, but the staff keeps me and will keep me choosing this hotel. Thank you!!”

“We were good with it being a no frills rental. Stayed 2 nights. Be aware of the limited staff hours. Wasn't a problem for us.
Pros-
Newly remodeled room. Clean and large. Great price. Large TV in both living room and in bedroom. Quiet location. Strong Wi-fi.
Cons-
Needs a door for the bedroom. Hard floors make noises louder.
Toilet wobbles, installer didn't shim it.
Printed channel guide for TVs were wrong as TVs were new.
Can recommend staying here.”

“The hotel is very new and the rooms are modern and very clean. Stayed there for one night on our tour. Everything went well.Mooresville is a great place - a visit to the Historic Downtown is always worth it.”

“Room was good and comfortable. Currently having a dispute with them regarding what appears to be a extra charges above and beyond what we were originally quoted for our dog.
When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told there was not one there at the time of our checkout. Guess we'll let Amex duke it put with them.”

“The room was clean. There was a tv, fridge, and microwave. Everything worked. No coffee maker in the rooms. An ice machine near one of the stairwells. Pretty quiet for where it’s located. I didn’t notice any bugs. A little continental breakfast in the lobby. The desk staff were super nice.
I was disappointed with the price of the room ($121.83 after taxes), but it was last minute and everything else was more expensive or seemed to have subpar reputation.”

“Hello travelers! My Mooresville stay was amazing! I have stayed at this location several times before. My family and I chose this location because of Wyndham's reputation of higher quality 3 star hotel suites and southern hospitality. Locations vary at times, depending on preferences, however I plan to choose this location again soon. If you desire a great stay surrounded by nearby gas stations, high quality dining, familiar shopping then this is a great hotel suite option. The location is drug free facility and within distance of many things to explore while in town.”

“Neat and clean, just the basics but fine for a quick weekend.Pros - Staff was super friendly & helpful. Ample free parking & a good location. AC/Heat worked well. Nice big shower.Cons - Pool is closed (I do not know if that is seasonal? Or a permanent thing?) There is no breakfast (despite the website saying it is provided), small pillows, and in general the building is showing its age.Room service is every 3rd day, so for a 2-night weekend we didn't get housekeeping, which was fine. Anything we asked for they had at the front desk (coffee, towels, etc). One suggestion to the hotel, take a little room trash bag and put in the shampoo, coffee, etc. for the days in between servicing & hand that out to guests when checking in. Would make things easier for everyone.Not fancy, not modern, but neat & clean. If we are ever back in Mooresville I would stay here again.”
