“The rooms are clean just not the quality (star quality of hotels) that I prefer. Nonetheless, it was spotless so I could not complain. The restroom was immaculate. And the most enjoyable part of my stay was the customer servict. Kiera at the front desk greeted us with a smile and each time we had a question she was very knowledgeable and helpful and continued to smile. If anything would bring me back, it would be her because my mother, my husband and I all agree that she is the prime, positive example of great customer service. I wish her the best in her future. People always comment on negative things but I believe in giving credit to those who bring happiness and smiles to others.Safety: This hotel feels safe and is in a good area.Food & drinks: A plethora of restaurants nearby including major chains & mom and po. Pizza, steak, seafood, Mexican and chinese.Noteworthy details: Vending machine with snacks on 2nd floor not sure about the others. Coffee available downstairs 24/7. It includes coffee, mochas and latter's. The mocha latter is wonderful !”

“The location was great, but the staff was horrible. They kicked multiple people out during my stay, cops were called on various people. one of the staff ladies came to clean our rooms, flipped our mattress and lied on us saying we were trying to hide mold. Looking at the countless reviews on here complaining about mold, I know that they were bsing. They told us we had to leave the next day or they would call the cops. The lady at the front desk with the red hair called our room trying to start a fight and made up reasons to call. I mean literally made it up because when we went to the manager about her, the manager said that red head didn't know what she was talking about. Once we got out, I was happy, because this is the weirdest hotel experience ever.”

“Small room. Enough space but was tight with 2 adults, 2 small(10 pound each) dogs and one (7 pound) cat. My only complaints were the bed wasn’t as comfortable as the Red Roof Inn in Savannah, GA. and , I self packed the U-Haul truck. But that drive way to get to the parking lot was steep! I’ll update if I broke stuff. This just applies to my self packed moving. I wasn’t prepared for the incline. My bad. Not theirs.Noteworthy details: Pet friendly. Room service available. I really liked the shower! Hot enough for me!”
