“We stayed here for one night while traveling from Toronto, Canada to South Florida. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It offers great amenities, including a pool, gym, and business center. There is also a small bar in the lobby with a nice atmosphere.

Breakfast was good, and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance of the hotel. The surrounding area feels safe and pleasant.

The room was above average—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. It was quiet, and we had a great night’s sleep.

Overall, a very good stop during our trip.”

“The recent renovations/updates are a very nice touch. The decor is modern and bright. The rooms are very clean and fresh smelling (no pet or mildew smell). The staff is friendly and made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. This budget friendly hotel has the quality and feel of higher-priced hotels in the Hilton chain. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this location! From the moment we arrived, we were thoroughly impressed. The entire property was exceptionally clean, and our room had a fantastic setup. One of our favorite details was the high-quality Marshall speaker provided in the room. The sound quality was so incredible that we couldn't resist having a fun little impromptu dance party right there!

​The excellent experience continued down in the lobby, which serves as a wonderful social hub. It features a pool table, a welcoming bar, and a cozy lounge area with a cool vip section lol. The music downstairs created a great atmosphere while we enjoyed some absolutely delicious wings, crispy fries, and excellent drinks.

​They also have a wonderful indoor pool on-site. While we didn’t get a chance to use it during our visit, it is fully enclosed and looked fantastic, so definitely make sure to pack your swimwear when you visit!

​Between the spotless accommodations, the great food, and the lively lobby scene, this place truly has it all. We had an amazing time and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun getaway!”

“The staff was friendly and welcoming and took care of my reservation and got me to my room quickly. The room was clean and the AC had been turned down which was a pleasant surprise as most rooms are hot. I'd stay here again!”

“This review is for front desk staff member Sabrina. She is very professional, friendly and provides outstanding customer service. She gave me a welcome hand written card upon check in. Flew in from Texas for a nursing graduation and she was very hospitable. Didn’t care for the hotel due to limited amenities like breakfast, the toaster in my room was filthy. I asked one of the guys from the front desk for another one and he said there was none available. So I give my 3 day stay at this hotel a “5” due to the excellent customer service with a smile from Sabrina. She is a valuable asset to the hotel and IHG organization.”

“Where do I begin? From the first time I walked into the office I was greeted by a smiling face. It was the gm Dana Jones. Not only did we connect as she shared her story of lifes struggles she also listened to mine. What she didn't realize at that time was it was so comforting to speak with someone who could relate to what I was experiencing. I needed a place to stay that felt safe and a temporary home. I found that there. She runs that hotel with 0 tolerance for any drama. She always considereds her guest. I can honestly say not only was I comfortable with my mini suite which was a 1 bedroom apt to me. I was shocked to see how many people actually have been there for years. It was a community to me. The housekeepers also where very friendly and kind as well and always willing to help. Dana Jones went from welcoming as a quest and became a life long friend to me. I have now moved but I can honestly say I will never forget her and what she added to my life while I was there. Cinderalla spin Dana Jones you rock!!!! Always be your beautiful authentic self!!! “The facility is at great location, If you visiting Lake Norman area this is the best location. Clean and accessible, Great for Families and or for business. We didnt not use any services so cant comment on the service if this means room service, but receptionist was super awesome.”
