I had to be seen in the hospital on Wednesday and I was triaged by Nick and Frank. They were both absolutely amazing especially Frank. His energy and attitude was just what I needed that day!

Been sitting in the ER for over an hour with a very sick wife who is in a lot of pain. Not very impressed.
