“Getting the storage was an easy and fast process. I will say the first time I went to place some items in our storage unit, my entry code was not working, and it happened to be after hours. It was a bit frustrating, but I called customer service for assistance. Thankfully, they were available and helped me get access to my unit.The next day, the office called me back and rectified the situation. I'm pleased with how promptly they addressed the issue.Apart from this minor bump, everything else has been great. The storage facility has been convenient, and the overall experience has been positive. The staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed their assistance.”
