“Five-star experience at Extra Space Storage in Charlotte! Clean facility and excellent customer service. They made my move effortless and even prorated my last month's rent when I moved out early. Highly recommend!”
“Mark Gary, was very helpful and professional. When you are at one of your lowest points in your life a friendly, kind and helpful person can make you feel as though life will get better. Thank you!”
“Ms. Angie, Ms. Angie, Ms. Angie!!!! She is the BEST!! So very helpful! She communicated effectively helped me troubleshoot a system outage and made my check in process so efficient and smooth. Thank you for all your hard work. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate. The only concern is the lack of parking in the front to access the front desk but other than that everything has been amazing!! Thank you guys again!!”

“Been fluctuating between 1 to 3 storage units at this location for 3 years now. Cheryl, the manager, is extremely helpful. Highly recommend Morningstar Cornelius.”
“Love Lakeside Mini Storage! They have been consistently there for me over the years of needing additional storage through many phases of my life. Temperature controlled or not I have rented both styles of units and had wonderful experiences with both. The ladies at the desk are always there to help and quick to respond. Best storage place in Cornelius!”
“Convenient location, great staff, and easy to work with. Simple process to get signed up and we are able to keep our trailer outside and equipment inside - all in one location.”
“I had a great experience at U-Haul on Westmoreland Road in Cornelius, thanks to Bryant! He was extremely helpful, patient, and took the time to help us find the right size box for a large picture I needed to ship. He didn’t rush us at all and was genuinely determined to make sure we found the best option.
Customer service like this makes such a difference! Bryant was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help us. I really appreciate his assistance and would definitely recommend this U-Haul location because of employees like him!”
“The gentleman onsite assisted me with getting a truck right then. Then upon return, he assisted me with finding the right storage for my items. The entire process was painless and pleasant. I dealt with UHaul in VA, not sure why I chose a competitor but I learned my lesson. U-Haul is definitely the way to go.”
“I just want to take a moment to give a review for Claudia what an amazing person she is. I’ve had the opportunity to Dj here twice and worked with her both events. Hard worker great personality goes above and beyond and I just wanted to take a moment before I left the property to give her that review if you have the opportunity to work with her, please do thank you for a great time”

“All the staff made the move in so easy and stress free. The facility is very clean, well lit at night for safety. Their rates are very competitive. I would recommend Anchor as first choice for storage options in Cornelius and the surrounding area.”
