“Drove to their Cornelius location on Saturday afternoon about 25 minutes before they closed. Cindy welcomed us and took us out to see one of the air controlled units. I went back on Monday to rent the unit. Ryan waited on me and was extremely courteous and like Cindy showed excellent customer service. Property and units are EXTREMELY clean. They leave a nice welcome bag for all new rental customers. This company definitely prides itself with knowledgeable and customer driven staff. What a nice experience. Could not be more pleased with our decision to get our rental unit from Cube Smart. Keep up the great job. "The cream always rises to the top"!”

“Just an absolutely gorgeous Yacht Club with extensive grounds and a great building with indoor/outdoor dining, outdoor seating, fire pit, locked docks...and more than a 50/50 ratio - off season - of powerboats to sailboats...Super quiet, as the building was closed when I came by on a November weekday to check it out for future use...but I left with a great impression that it was well cared for and well-loved as are most if not all Safe Harbor run marinas I have visited as an experienced sailor and traveller. Can't wait to come back, when it's warm and open, hopefully on or with a sailboat! Looking to meet other sailors who dock and sail from here, or in this area...message me asap!”

“Always have plenty of vehicles/trailers available for rent. Prices are low especially if you are doing an around town option. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have a relatively small lot with only a couple parking spots, so can fill up quickly and make it challenging if you need to wait as the small businesses nearby don't like people parking in their spots for long. If you are renting a storage unit, they are behind a locked gate. You will be given a unique passcode, and I have always felt my items were secure.”

“Hard to rate a place, when it was closed and we used the drop key. But it was easy to find and drop off our truck.Suggestion to leave drop off instructions on the door, in addition to the app! We locked the truck and dropped the keys before we read on the app to take pictures. But no inconvenience.”
