Today, I went to this place, and one employee, start telling to me, that I need to watch what I eat, cause I gained weight, and he tell that I’m to big, I so upset about that.

THEY BROKE MY CAR!!!!! went in for an oil change and they broke the valve cap. Did not replace it or try to. Has to be towed it is completely not drivable. When they first told me that they broke the cap they took the blame but now they are saying it was tightened too tight by someone else and will not pay for it.

The pickup service here is consistently horrible. The least amount of time I've ever waited is 20 minutes. Shame on me for thinking it will ever be different.
