“I’ve been buying meat and gas here for years… like probably at least 7 or 8 years… my family lives close by and they also buy meat here… up until recently this has been my favorite choice to get meat… the last two times I’ve bought chicken here (I do buy in bulk)… I’ve been super disappointed… if it’s in shelf packaging or bulk packaging… this is now the third time I’ve bought chicken and before the due date I’ve pulled it all out of the fridge to cut and package it up for freezing… I usually buy in bulk bags and get a better deal but one time they didn’t have the bulk bags so I just bought a handful of their shelf packages… it sits in my fridge for a day or two (but still well within the date pictures below)… and immediately upon opening the bag I get hit in the face with sour pungent odor ..I’m leaving this post here today as evidence that it was done before the due date and the next time I walk into this place I’ll update this post to their response… but their closed today so no way to call and voice my frustration… generally I am very understanding and if you make it right I give lots of grace… but it’s over $100 now in chicken that I have to throw away… all because it’s packaged and labeled wrong or it’s not stored properly behind the counter but they put it out anyways and slap a label on it and call it good. I’m about to open up the beef ribeye and I have never had a problem with beef.. I love their hotdogs and again used to love everything about this place… but this is the end of me just throwing it away and hoping it’s different next time…* Edit for updated response from staff;Asked for the pictures and was promptly provided with new chicken, technically more than in originally bought. Cut and repacked the chicken the next day and didn’t have any issues. Must have just gotten a bad batch… I appreciate how quick and simple they made the exchange even though I was at a distance and had to work through the phone originally and pictures”

“Finally the real deal Mexican cuisine. Just moved from Texas and I have now found a home. Good stuff. I usually look to see who eats with you at a restaurant. I was happy I had to use my Spanish. So far this is the only place I have found in town that has fresh pan dulce (sweet breads). Fresh no dry Bimbo. Sorry for my sloppy picture, I was a bit excited. Out of the three tiendas in town this is the best stocked..”

“Absolutely love this store. Always very clean and stocked with everything! The fruits that are precut in the containers are always stocked, along with everything else. Everything I’m in the store, I have atleast one person ask me if I need help finding anything. Options are check out line and self checkout, which is great they offer both because at times I like to do it myself (when I want to bag and organize my order) or go to the checkout line when I have my girls with me because that’s easier! 12/10 recommend.”

“Jake, the Manager in Dairy Department, was AMAZING!!!! I had asked several others (5 to be exact, 2 at Customer Service) for assistance with finding some items, only 1 was somewhat helpful (in produce). I asked if they could look in back since shelf was empty, only the one in produce did, the otbers shrugged their shoulders. Jake went above and beyond not only checking in back, but telling me where to find the other items I could not, walking with me, even putting them in my cart!!!! He was so very helpful and made up for the others that clearly did not want to assist. Jake deserves top management for sure!!!! Thank you Jake! As you could tell, I was ready to drop the order, but you saved the day! Thank you!”

“I love getting gas here but they need to make sure that they put the correct hours up because they say they are open sometimes when they are not for instance on Thanksgiving they said they were open from 6:30am -9:00pm and they were closed honestly they could have been open considering they only take credit cards they don't need an attendant but to have customers drive up there and they are not open as is ridiculous they need to fix it and make sure map quest is correct with what's going on with their schedule”

“I dropped by to get some balloons inflated with helium. The store was very busy, but Drake was running the register like a champ. He was able to get my balloons inflated while getting other people checked out, keeping the flow moving. Drake spoke to all of the customers (including me and my little boy) like we were old friends that had stopped by for a visit. Thank you again for making my day!”

“Only go here for water, some fruits, laundry stuff, etc. i have no particular brand so their brands are ok. I use either curbside, instore pickup or shop inside. Been going here since i moved to mooresville a couple months back and so far i like it.Any time of the day there is not a lot of people. No long lines. And that goes for both inside and at the gas station.I like that i can do curbside and scan my membership via phone- i can’t in costco plus they have wayyyy more people/crowd.For quick shoppers like myself i prefer this bjs.”

“What amazing incredible experience tonight thank you Aaron in Deli we're going above and beyond for my little boy exactly what he wanted potato wedges he had his heart set on there's potato wedges and about 6:30 p.m. there was nothing out in the store that was on hot display at all if there were any at all end Aaron has no after very brief few seconds he said how many would you like anyway it really touched my heart because if it would have been anyone else having none would have been no!! Instead Aaron goes out of his way the extra mile so that we got what we wanted also spoken to the manager named Anthony tonight and he was wonderful very courteous very kind very helpful the same with the girl named Amber who seemed to be stalking or working the floor super Khan staff I could not have asked for a better Food Lion experience employee wise thank you so much for being amazing people amazing employees”

“Cute little market with produce, pan dulce, canned goods, sweets, drinks and more. I don't recall seeing a butcher but I may be wrong. Either way it was fun to stop in and pick up a few things. Also, the Venezuelan food truck outside is not to be missed. My SO got a hot, fresh arepa with shredded pork that was delicious. I also tried chicha (I think) for the first time... a rice drink that was very sweet and a bit thick like a milkshake.”

“This pharmacy is the best!! When i moved back here after 20 years they filled my legitimate scripts with bo problem. I had my scripts sent somewhere else before i moved because i called before hand and gave them the name of the scripts and they wouldnt fill them. So this place goes back into my history and found medicine from a few months back to get me what i need till i could get a new doctor....this place is awesome!!...when it was time to pay they had already added a discount card to my account.”
