Three lanes open for the drive through and one person working. Closing the 3rd lane and adding another ATM would be better, or maybe try to staff another teller. Impossible to use the drive through at lunch.

Had a 2pm appt. Lady called out. No phone call from wells are any notification. Told me it’d be just a few minutes, as I’m still waiting typing this 53 min later. Maria was really nice though when I was finally seen.
