“Great bank with some awesome friendly people. I have banked with First Citizens my whole life, and have had to go in person a lot more here lately due to handling my mother's estate. The ladies at the front know me by name now, and they have been nothing but nice to work with throughout this process. I have also had to deal with other banks throughout this endeavor, and I have learned that customer service and getting answers can be quite different when not dealing with a First Citizens branch. It is also nice to be able to walk in to the branch and get immediate help and to be able to get someone on the phone when you call the branch. Other banks, I have also learned that everything becomes an appointment, and those appointments are booked online, without being able to speak to anyone at those other bank's branches. So glad to have the people at the Mooresville First Citizens to deal with, especially as I go through the process of closing an estate. Can not thank you all enough.”

“Came in to close my CD account, quick and easy task. Was told by the teller that all bankers are busy till the rest of the day. Looks like you need to make an appointment to make sure you get the service. Came next day with the appointment, everything was nice and fast. I’ve worked with many bankers over the years, and Kelly Howard Cutler is by far one of the most knowledgeable and professional bankers I’ve ever met.
She is extremely courteous, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping her clients. What really stands out is her depth of knowledge, not only about banking, but also about corporations, LLCs, and business structures. She is clearly very well-read and highly educated, and having a conversation with her is both interesting and valuable.
