“I want to give 5 stars, but I cannot. Not because the job was bad, because the spray bed liner looks phenomenal !!!! I love it.
My 4 star rating comes because I was given a “job completed by” time of 3:30. So I planned my day (work, home & to pickup the truck based off of the time I was given. I called at 3:28 to inquire about picking up my truck because I was basically stranded after this point. And was told it would now be at the close of their day, 6:00 pm. Now I’m scrambling trying to figure out what I’m going to do to get home 25+ miles away, check on my dog who had not been outside or anything. And get back to get the truck. Long story short… she didn’t pee the house. And I get there about 5-10 before they close. I was told “we are still finishing up” … I did not get to leave until 6:30. Highly unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate & inconvenient.
I was quoted an out door price for the job at $587 but then they charged me $11 more than the price I was quoted.
Again, the work is really nice. If you’re short staffed just say so.”
“I had just gotten out of church. My car acted like it would not start, but got it started. I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts and spoke with salesperson, Joshua, told him what was going on with my car. He did some diagnostic testing and found it was the battery. I told him my car took a special battery. He looked it up and got the right one. He installed it in about 5 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and helped me feel at ease. Thank you so much. He is a great employee.”

“I don't know a whole lot about fixing vehicles, mechanically speaking or so I thought. But as the years pass you pick things up here and there especially never owning a new vehicle and having probably 12 used trucks and SUVs, plus multiple work trucks (diesel). So the younger staff needs at least one tech that knows mechanically speaking what they have and can do. Never owned a car other than a little kia POJ. But I can tell certain things and others are a mystery. They have a reasonable parts selection and prices are a little high. But the kids behind the counter are that. Kids in highschool or just out of highschool. An argument took place there just 2 days ago when I went in for the bushing assembly on the shifter cable for my chevy (automatic) amd the kid handled himself professionally when a gentleman/guy had to return for a second time with a part that wasn't right. He got heated thinking he was being told what he was saying was wrong when in fact the employee was agreeing with him. It was handled well and was on the side of the employee just because of his age of anything were to happen. Hahaha, that being said the guy did realize and apologized seeing that he was just upset and shouldn't have lashed out. That speaks a lot about the employees and the customer service. I enjoy the fact that I can possibly be on par with the knowledge on some things, which in turn helps any employee if they don't have to guess. But they should have an experienced tech there for the parts side. Thats just my opinion and the computer system at some parts stores around the country can be archaic at best. So they do get a 4 star in my opinion and if you asked the customer im sure he would agree to that or a 3.5. Overall it's a pretty good store and especially if they provide the oil return service as in take your old? oil off your hands for you. Some do it for nothing or did, and some charge a small fee. But not sure at that location. And there's nothing kikenthebrekkief of a usable toilet along with some knowledge”
