“I was referred to this establishment when my vehicle was wrecked by another driver. Floyd wrote up the appraisal for me, and ultimately the car was totaled. I felt bad for not spending money there, but he was so kind and understanding. When my daughter got in a fender bender, he was able to fix her vehicle for less than my deductible. He had the car finished in a matter of days. He also did not charge extra to pay with a debit card. Great business!”
“They were recommended to me! I went by to get an estimate and the owner came out and used compound and got most of the damage off of my truck! This is a family owned business, which I appreciate! They could have charged me over $600 to fix the damage, but they took the time to get the paint off my truck, which only left a small chipped spot! Totally satisfied and would recommend to anyone! They would not accept any payment from me at all!”

“Pulled in to Auto Zone due to a metal casing that had come loose over the emergency lights of an ambulance. Needed a ladder to access the loose sheet of metal that had begun to flap around on top of the ambulance. Went inside the location asked for help, and the crew immediately grabbed a ladder and came out to assess the situation. Found a temporary fix and any further mishaps could be avoided. Remarkable experience, great customer service!!”
“Have had an excellent experience with the service department here. I took my 2018 F150 in for a coolant leak from the radiator, to be covered by an aftermarket warranty. The warranty company was difficult to work with, but the staff was patient and worked with me to make it happen. Once the radiator was repaired, there was immediately another coolant leak from a hose assembly. They repaired that quickly, but there was a check engine light on when I picked it up. They had me bring it back in the next day and offered me a ride to and from work in order to facilitate it. Problem was fixed that same day. Good customer service and friendly staff, can't ask for much else.”

“I want to give 5 stars, but I cannot. Not because the job was bad, because the spray bed liner looks phenomenal !!!! I love it.
My 4 star rating comes because I was given a “job completed by” time of 3:30. So I planned my day (work, home & to pickup the truck based off of the time I was given. I called at 3:28 to inquire about picking up my truck because I was basically stranded after this point. And was told it would now be at the close of their day, 6:00 pm. Now I’m scrambling trying to figure out what I’m going to do to get home 25+ miles away, check on my dog who had not been outside or anything. And get back to get the truck. Long story short… she didn’t pee the house. And I get there about 5-10 before they close. I was told “we are still finishing up” … I did not get to leave until 6:30. Highly unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate & inconvenient.
I was quoted an out door price for the job at $587 but then they charged me $11 more than the price I was quoted.
Again, the work is really nice. If you’re short staffed just say so.”

“I had just gotten out of church. My car acted like it would not start, but got it started. I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts and spoke with salesperson, Joshua, told him what was going on with my car. He did some diagnostic testing and found it was the battery. I told him my car took a special battery. He looked it up and got the right one. He installed it in about 5 minutes. “These guys are the best. You literally can't get better in this area. I'd go as far as saying you can't get better anywhere; they may be matched by someone else, but not exceeded in quality, professionalism, attention to detail and communication. And my repair job was not simple.. They replaced the side of my aluminum Ford truck bed which had to be welded and then color matched a tri-coat metallic paint perfectly with the rest of the truck. Their name (Quality Body Shop) is 100% representative of their work, customer service, and ethos.”

“I arrived at Kittell's at approx 9am - afte having called to please prepare a brake package for my 2014 FJ Cruise (I had a scheduled trip to the dump on the way - but on Wednesdays the dump didn't open till 2pm) - my vehicle had bags of garbage in it - I walked into the store - my parts *break pads - we were waiting for me, and the Clerk (she) allowed me to dump my garbage in their dumpster. I came home IN THE POURING RAIN - and was able to apply the brake parts and fix my regular car (I restore cars so I was busy with that, too). Kittrel's has been a Great Resource for me - from parts to paints - their people are always courteous and efficient. I really appreciate them and the work they do.”
“Rear brakes were grinding. They got us in in two days. Repair was prompted and done well. We have used Parker Repair in past visits to the Coast. Now that we have moved to the area it is our go-to for our GMC service and repairs.”
“I don't know a whole lot about fixing vehicles, mechanically speaking or so I thought. But as the years pass you pick things up here and there especially never owning a new vehicle and having probably 12 used trucks and SUVs, plus multiple work trucks (diesel). So the younger staff needs at least one tech that knows mechanically speaking what they have and can do. Never owned a car other than a little kia POJ. But I can tell certain things and others are a mystery. They have a reasonable parts selection and prices are a little high. But the kids behind the counter are that. Kids in highschool or just out of highschool. An argument took place there just 2 days ago when I went in for the bushing assembly on the shifter cable for my chevy (automatic) amd the kid handled himself professionally when a gentleman/guy had to return for a second time with a part that wasn't right. He got heated thinking he was being told what he was saying was wrong when in fact the employee was agreeing with him. It was handled well and was on the side of the employee just because of his age of anything were to happen. Hahaha, that being said the guy did realize and apologized seeing that he was just upset and shouldn't have lashed out. That speaks a lot about the employees and the customer service. I enjoy the fact that I can possibly be on par with the knowledge on some things, which in turn helps any employee if they don't have to guess. But they should have an experienced tech there for the parts side. Thats just my opinion and the computer system at some parts stores around the country can be archaic at best. So they do get a 4 star in my opinion and if you asked the customer im sure he would agree to that or a 3.5. Overall it's a pretty good store and especially if they provide the oil return service as in take your old? oil off your hands for you. Some do it for nothing or did, and some charge a small fee. But not sure at that location. And there's nothing kikenthebrekkief of a usable toilet along with some knowledge”

I’ve brought two cars here before, one for rear end collision and the other for front damage from the quarter panel through the bumper and hood. Both repairs were timely and I was informed via text message and phone calls as to the progress on parts and repairs. The work itself is top notch. Paint matching and re-assembly is the best I’ve had for vehicle repairs.”
