“Fantastic customer service. My wife and I were at doctors and her car didn’t start. We expected alternator or battery, so I drove to Advanced and spoke with the manager Joe. He sold me 20’ cables so I could jump her car in a tough position and let me know to drive it back over to rest and see what’s causing the issue. We drove her car over and Joe found the battery to be bad, and that ours was covered under warranty. He changed it out for us in the parking lot. I know this is normal procedure but his positive attitude the entire time and how efficient he was is why I’m writing this. Thanks again Joe!”

“Great experience from start to finish. Somebody hit my car and left 2 dents in the passenger door. I was referred here, and I will refer others. I worked with Rudolfo and he is just the nicest young man and so respectful. I dropped off my car on Monday, he said they should have it done by the end of the week and they did! Not only did they repair the damage, but they washed my car and it looked beautiful when I picked it up. They did a great job with the repairs. Thank you!”
