“Went to head over to Captain's Table for breakfast. My 10 year old RAM 1500 battery barely cranked which I stupidly attributed to not being started for a week. After breakfast, it wouldn't start. Walked across Arendel to Kittrell's CarQuest. They kindly lent me a jumper. Ten minutes later I was back at the counter paying for my OEM spec DieHard Platinum battery. Kittrell's made a bad start to my day, no big deal.”

“July 7-30-3024, my adult son sought first-time ever help with Moore's, we took a chance and called Moore's not knowing anything about the business, our contact with Moore's began this morning around 10:00 am, due to dead battery when son's Hyundai brake lights would not go out, leading to dead battery. After being given excellent helpful advice by the manager during our initial phone call to Moore's, we both headed there after I jumpstarted his car. Amazingly, we were there just a few minutes, around 11:30 am, and the manager soon took ownership of personally inspecting and solving the car problem, during which he also was seen by us to be expertly running the operations of the service and staff with politeness, expertise, commitment, and refreshing care and courtesy. I saw the hand of the divine in how hard he and the entire staff was working to provide each client with effective, skilled, dedicated attention. He fixed my son's Hyundai issue by 1:30 pm , in time for my son to be able to get himself to his job tonight, and his car is working good as ever! We are very very grateful for Moore's surprisingly great service to all! We know it is highly unusual to have a car service fit a fairly routine repair into their busy garage with other higher paying repairs already in the works, and maybe we just got "lucky"? And we never expected, or deserved, to be helped in just a few hours, but we sure appreciate it. It may not be so quick for every client every time. That would be hard to achieve. But the good intent is obvious, you can clearly tell they want to be helpful. So I am happy to say there is "more to Moore's"..they cared enough to try to help everyone have a better day! And my son did not have to miss work or pay expensive uber fees while his car was in repair. Thank you Moore's!!! You made us amazed and we will know where to go if we need help again! And by the way, my son loved the shop's two friendly dogs!”

“Lookout Ford ATTN: Lisa Cruse, Parts & Service Director 5557 Highway 70 West Morehead City, NC 28557 Ms. Cruse: We are safely home after an 11-day trip to the Outer Banks, thanks in part to your Service Department. The morning of September 18, 2020, we were preparing to take a quick excursion from our RV park on Roanoke Island only to find that our 2007 Jeep Liberty would not start. After an unsuccessful attempt to jump start it, we decided to tow it to our next scheduled stop in Newport, NC, and see if we would get a diagnosis there. I did an internet search and called your dealership. I initially spoke with Rebecca Hawkins, explained our situation, and asked if there was someone available to run a diagnostic. She was very personable and sympathetic and promised to talk to Richard Lee. She was prompt in getting back to me, to say to go ahead and bring it in. We heard from Richard the next morning, September 19, about needing a replacement part and that it would most likely be Monday before the repair could be completed. Knowing that we were RV'ing and dependent on our towed Jeep, he was most kind to find us a dealership loaner car. On Monday, Richard was off-duty, so we talked with Zac Chandanais. He made sure the repair was done by the end of the day, Monday, September 21. All in all, we cannot say enough about the attitude and service of each person with whom we had contact. They were sympathetic to our being stranded on the road away from home, and went above and beyond the call of duty to get us repaired and back to enjoying our Outer Banks excursion. “I NEVER have normal issues with my cars and I can fix almost fix anything myself but every once in a while I have issues I just cannot figure out. Jesse is one of the best mechanics I’ve ever met. I don’t trust my cars to anyone but a friend recommended him bc I was stumped on an electrical problem with my coyote gt I took a chance and towed it to Jesse. After extensive testing, much more advanced testing than 99 percent of mechanics could even understand,he figured it out and I drove my car home. If you want top notch service. There’s no other shop I know with his expertise.”

“Mr. Tire was the only place in town willing to perform the ~$13 state inspection on my Mercedes Sprinter. Other shops in town could do it, they just wouldn't. Steve at Mr. Tire said sure, no problem. So when it came time for inspections, oil changes, and repairs to my Durango and my RAM 1500, where do you think I went?
All because of that initial willingness to do the safety inspection on my Sprinter, I've spent ~$1500 at Mr. Tire on my other two vehicles - brake job, oil changes, tire repair, etc.
