“After having a horrible issue with another shop, it was refreshing to deal with Community Auto. Knowledge and capable mechanics are hard to find these days. The office staff was amazing as well. I'll never go anywhere else. And the best part, they were fairly priced. If you haven't been there, give them a chance. You won't be disappointed.”

“Have had an excellent experience with the service department here. I took my 2018 F150 in for a coolant leak from the radiator, to be covered by an aftermarket warranty. The warranty company was difficult to work with, but the staff was patient and worked with me to make it happen. Once the radiator was repaired, there was immediately another coolant leak from a hose assembly. They repaired that quickly, but there was a check engine light on when I picked it up. They had me bring it back in the next day and offered me a ride to and from work in order to facilitate it. Problem was fixed that same day. Good customer service and friendly staff, can't ask for much else.”

“I told the guys at Patriot Automotive Center I was going to leave a review last week, and I completely forgot—but they absolutely deserve one. Our work van broke down in Havelock, and I wasn't sure where to take it. The shop everyone usually recommends was booked out for two weeks, so I called Patriot Automotive Center right off Google. From the first phone call, they were friendly, helpful, and told me to bring it right in. Gray's Automotive towed the van over, and the Patriot team got it into the shop immediately. By the very next morning, it was repaired and ready to go. I was expecting the worst—I thought I had a blown radiator or even a head gasket—but it turned out to be a few hoses and fittings. They fixed it quickly, honestly, and got me back on the road without unnecessary repairs. The turnaround time, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service were second to none. During the busiest time of the year for my business, getting my work van back in just one day meant everything. Thank you, guys! I truly appreciate what you did, and I will definitely recommend Patriot Automotive Center to anyone in the Havelock area who needs honest, dependable automotive repair.”

“The staff, especially Rhona, were so nice. I had some severe damage on my driver door and they fixed it for over a thousand dollars cheaper than Gerber. My jeep looks better than when I bought. Seriously, great job quality body shop!”

“Despite a little hiccup, my car looks AWESOME When the issue was made known, they made it right and apologized profusely. The gentleman we dealt with was helpful, professional and very understanding. The tech, not so much. My husband was not really 'comfortable' with him.”

“This place is an incredible resource for the base. I’m not a professional mechanic, but the staff here is super knowledgeable and willing to walk you through the process if you get stuck. They have every tool you could possibly need, and the lifts make working on your car/truck so much easier than doing it in a driveway. The shop is clean, well-organized, and the prices for lift rentals are unbeatable $80/day. Highly recommend using this facility if you want to save money and learn how to maintain your own vehicle. We do a AWD manual transmission swap, clutch kit, plus oil change and headlights replacenent in 6 hours with my son. I hope the place can take shipments and get space (bench) to work on transmission or other fix w/o need to use a lifter bay”

“Went to my vehicle this morning and found someone had cut the stem for one of my tires. Took the tire in to have the stem replaced. Even though they were jammed with appointments, they quickly fit me in to get me on my way to a better morning. Thank you!”

“I will say 5 stars for Gary for going out of his way to help me with figuring out a problem that one of his mechanics was afraid of test driving the car due to the tires in how they came from the factory and installed in a specific way. However, Gary didn't want to tell the mechanic to tests drive it if he didn't feel comfortable, which it is Gary's business and it's his decision in how he wants to run it so respect to him for that. However, I explained I drove it over here and I drove it far too. And I am roughly 15-20 mins away, so it's not really going to hurt someone. But Gary was amazing overall.”
