“I’m an Bogue battery customer for life!! Extremely satisfied with bogue battery. Approximately 10 months ago I installed a 12V trolling motor on my sons skiff with an interstate battery (we do professional trolling motor installs regularly for customers). After only a few uses my son said that something wasn’t right. I kept the interstate battery charged and it still didn’t let the trolling motor perform to its fullest. After much dismay I took the interstate battery back to interstate and they were LESS THAN HELPFUL (and we carry interstate batteries). I then went to bogue battery and had an extremely eye opening conversation with the owner, that led me to try the bogue battery for my son’s trolling motor. After ONE use my son reported that the trolling motor worked better faster and lasted MUCH longer than the previously installed battery. I’m NOT trying to slander one company over another, I’m just sharing personal experience with a product that is NEEDED to perform properly.”

“I visited your Morehead City location 8/4/25 to pick up a previously ordered screen protector when I checked in I asked the representative if I could have someone put it on for me he said yes but it would be a short wait as they had customers ahead of me which was fine I wasn’t in a rush. Next rep confirms my name and asks to see id he was going to get my item from the back , when I told him I’d like to have the protector put on my phone he replied “oh you can wait for someone else I won’t help you with that “ well ok then . Next associate Mike comes by to assist , I told him the last person said they wouldn’t help me when I asked for the protector put on my phone , he was more than helpful and I appreciated his patience answering a couple questions I had.
Thank you to Mike for his assistance, to the other non helpful associate perhaps you could learn a thing or two about customer service ( sorry I wasn’t worth your time)”
“Steven in the cellphone department took great care of me on October 30, 2023, Monday to pick up my Samsung Galaxy A54. He downloaded the information from my Galaxy A20 to the A54 and explained to me some the importance of the new phone. Steven was professional, courteous, and friendly in providing excellent service. Coupon machine is visible as you walk into the guts of store. 45 minutes ride is worth trip for great customer service..on 99% visits. Easy pass card gives me $10 every month, but savings are great.-Andrea”
