“I’ve made two visits to this store recently. Luke and Hunter were extremely helpful! They were also very kind and patient. They answered all my questions and got me setup with T-Mobile internet. They explained everything in depth. My bill was exactly as they said it would be. No hidden fees.”
“I visited your Morehead City location 8/4/25 to pick up a previously ordered screen protector when I checked in I asked the representative if I could have someone put it on for me he said yes but it would be a short wait as they had customers ahead of me which was fine I wasn’t in a rush. Next rep confirms my name and asks to see id he was going to get my item from the back , when I told him I’d like to have the protector put on my phone he replied “oh you can wait for someone else I won’t help you with that “ well ok then . Next associate Mike comes by to assist , I told him the last person said they wouldn’t help me when I asked for the protector put on my phone , he was more than helpful and I appreciated his patience answering a couple questions I had.

“I drive to this store for service even though the Jacksonville location is closer to me. I have always gotten good service here. Other locations act like your bothering them with your questions or if you want to buy something in their store. This last time I upgraded my wife's iPad and upgraded my phone, they were able to get me a good deal and answer all my questions about the new phone.”
