Visited the store on 3/24 for the purpose of switching cell phone carriers. No appointment, so expected a medium wait period. Mobile specialist Carla provided the best customer service possible. Patient, positive attitude while dealing with a couple of tech dummies. EXCEPTION work - Carla!

Service was good once you got through the wait. Only 1 or 2 people working with 5 or 6 customers in que.

The fact this company is in business amazes me. Shipped my phone to wrong address then sent me between store and customer service both telling me the other could handle my problem. And there was nothing either could do. And I had to wait a long time to not have my problem solved.
