“The lady complaining about not being helped... I came to leave a good review and saw that. Very unfair report on this store! Everytime I go in, the staff are very nice and helpful beyond what I need. I was in the store that same day getting shoes for my daughter and we had to weave in and out of everyone. I had to go up and ask for assistance but I had a hard time getting up to the front desk due to the amount of other people, so l know there's no way they’d be on the floor and register at the same time. And I myself had to wait in a pretty long line due to the amount of people ready at the same time and how many shoes they were buying. They did their best in a crazy atmosphere!! Ignore the ignorance girls you're doing great!!!!”

“I would like to share my pleasant experience. I'm visiting my friend in Swansboro, NC and we decided to go to TJ Maxx. After we finished, we decided to stop in the Shoe Dept. to see if I could find any shoes for work. I do not normally buy shoes unless I can find a deal. There were two extremely helpful associates who assisted my friend and I while also assisting other customers. My friend kept sending the associates back to the back to get different sized Hey Dudes. They were so accommodating! THANK YOU!! Both were extremely polite and helpful. It's so refreshing to find workers this day in time who seem to want to work. I would definitely recommend this store to locals and visitors alike.”
