The fact this company is in business amazes me. Shipped my phone to wrong address then sent me between store and customer service both telling me the other could handle my problem. And there was nothing either could do. And I had to wait a long time to not have my problem solved.

Terrible customer service. I am still current sitting here waiting to be seen. I have been here since 12:05 it is now 1:44. There are 8 people currently waiting. There are only two men working. One seems competent and one is not and is continually interrupting the other guy from helping customers. Shame on spectrum.

This is truly the worse place you could ever have to go. It is not the fault of the workers inside of the building it is the fault of the company. They don't have it worthy of being open for customers in need. They have 6 stations 2 is open to help customers whenever I have to come here. They need workers for cable and internet needs and seperate workers for phone trouble shoot and phone set up because this takes up to 2 house. Fix it Spectrum we keep you in business

Tried Spectrum in 3 states. The lag is terrible and consistent. Frequently programming just freezes. Barely tap the volume button on the garbage remotes and it just turns all the way up.Huge waste of money, for a slow unreliable network, and cheap Chinese hardware.Cut the cord! You'll save hundreds and get better quality.

Made an appointment to return some set-top-boxes that I no longer need and the service was great. Customer rep Lanae was courteous and knowledgeable. She made the transaction so painless that I decided on-the-spot to switch my mobile service while there. Highly recommend making an appointment online. Was very pleased with the service.

Spectrum Retail Specialist, Debra Scott worked with us today and spent over an hour helping to get one of our phones working and another new phone activated. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, never making us feel rushed but instead taking the extra steps to ensure we received the best customer care possible! If I could give less than a star, I would. I received horrible customer service from the moment I walked into the store to when I left. One of the representatives was in a hurry to close the store even though it was thirty minutes before closing. As she scurried to remove all of the phone from their displays, she asked what I needed with disgust on her face. I explained that I my phone was damaged from a run that I had just been on and I drove directly to the store. The utter contempt for me as the customer, as well as disrespect and laziness exhibited by the representatives (both of them) is unlike any experience I've ever had. I was prepared to spend about $1400 towards the purchase of a new phone, but, instead, received very unprofessional treatment. I won't be returning.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever had! And no accountability what so ever. If you do contact the customer service dept they will do nothing but send a review to the office, there is no manager to talk to. I'm a current customer who was trying to get an upgrade and these two women were trying to deny me service because I arrived at 7pm and they closed at 8pm they said policy is no upgrading after 7! They did their ghetto behavior and were yelling in my face I had to leave empty handed because these two didn't want to do the job I'm paying for them to do. I'm dropping my spectrum mobile and home. To continue paying spectrum for services is insulting to me!! THINK TWICE ABOUT GETTING SERVICES WITH THESE NON PROS! And look spectrum doesn't have the decency to have an actual human respond to these reviews, they use an automated service to do their pr work so in other words nobody is going to do jack about your complaint

I just want to say that if you make an appointment, you won't be waiting. If someone walks in, goes to the kiosk, and gets called before anyone else... it's probably because they made an appointment. Don't get mad because they made an appointment and you didn't.Anyway, I went in with my fiance to be added to his account. Brian Goodwin helped us and he had us in stitches the entire time. Never was bored even though it took over an hour. I didn't even realize it had been that long until we were leaving the store. While my data transferred from my old phone onto my new phone, he helped other customers and tried to help as many as he could during that time. He is a hard worker, smart, and funny. He was super knowledgeable about the phones and didn't have to run over to read the descriptions. By far the best employee at that store that I've met so far. He should get recognized for his knowledge of products, humor, and speed.

I had a nice experience. Everybody was very knowledgeable. It's just one of those places where everybody wants cable and it is usually crowded and busy, but the fact that the employees knew how to troubleshoot exchange equipment properly was a plus.

Would've been great, as this was my first time in a spectrum location, to be told at the door that I had to sign in. Instead I waited in line like normal behind a gentleman, and once someone was done he went up for his turn only to be told that he didn't sign in and was sent away after waiting 20 mins and since I was after him I left and came back. Signed in when I retturned and spoke to a lady about what happened, and I told her that I thought they were advertising a tablet in the front and it would be better for people that come in to greet them and let them know to sign in to be able to get help, then they can return back to the customer they are currently helping and she said "well now you know". Very poor customer service and very rude.

The worse customer service I have seen in a long time. After spending 3 hours on the phone with Spectrum I was directed to a store to pick up my order. Went to this location and was handled by Leana who pulled up my old order and told me there was nothing she could do. When I tried to explain to her the conversation I just had with Spectrum and to look into my account she told me again she refused. I tried to call Spectrum and she made me step aside and called up another customer while I was still standing there with her. Ended up spending another hour on the phone with Spectrum for them to help.

Visited the store in the evening of May 30th. There were no lines. Up on entry Clara greeted me from her station. She was friendly and very helpful!

Worst visit ever. Moving and been trying to get hooked up with internet at my new house. Allowed old owners to stay in MY house til their move date. Spectrum refused to give us a start date because someone was living here. Every other utility will do this and has. Ok, waited til move out. During moving, stopped in to get personal service at store, get equipment. Ha! When we arrived at store, 3 employees working, one on phone 15 mins. This is well past lunch, around 2pm. I am first up. Then a person comes in with an appt, I am bumped to #2 position. Then a 2nd employee goes in back. Now we're down to 1 employee working front, 8 people waiting. 20 more minutes go by. People are leaving. Finally we are out of time and have to leave. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECTRUM! NOT! I really wish there was another cable company in eastern shore NC. Someone please tell me there is. We are now in our house. Do we have cable, internet, wireless? No, we do not. The ONLY good thing about this situation is that spectrum is not making any money. The sad thing is, they don't care.
