“Abigail gets big kudos! We stopped in cause on our back to Knoxville we had a couple warning lights pop up. Abigail informed us it was the alternator and jumped us off. Before we could get out of the parking lot the RAV was shutting down. She jumped us off again so we could get it in a parking spot. Barely made it. After we got a room booked for the night we tried finding a ride share/taxi. No luck. Abigail was a life safer! She was going on her lunch break and took us to our hotel. She saved our behinds!”

“Very informative as long as you talk to one of the ole timers, the younger ones tend not to know next to nun abt a car but not all of em, friendly, ik it’s part of the job but they don’t act like they don’t want to do it when they come out to help and take a look at the issue”
