“I went to the store yesterday and the stores manager, Roger, helped me. It took me a little while to pick a phone but he was very patient. When I got home and was downloading my new content the phone started to lock up. So today I went back to the store and again the store manager, Roger, came over to help me and the process switching to a new phone was so easy!”

“I wanted to thank the Aaron in morganton NC my husband and I have been with this Aaron’s for a very long time it’s been especially hard this year because I lost my husband in April 2026 and I thought my world was gonna come to an end but the folks at Aaron’s stepped up to the plate to make sure that I was able to keep the stuff that I got from them. I don’t know how to repay them or thank them enough for going out their way for me for instance, my grandbabies have a big screen TV and they had lost the remote to it again they stepped up and they helped me out. Cannot thank them enough for all the stuff they’ve done for me. God bless them and please shop there because the people there are for the people sincerely Sally Coleman.”
