I brought my phone to them without any heads up, and they had my phone repaired in less than 24 hours! The employee even suggested a couple places for us to grab lunch when we came to pick my phone up. I appreciate this place a lot!”

“I needed to start up an office line and was running into issues. I was on phone with Verizon Customer Service for 4 hours, getting transferred to their tier 2 and then tier 1 tech just for them to say they cannot figure out what to do. I then called Author from Verizon located in Morganton. Author was able to helped me with everything under 10 mins! I hope Verizon is paying for Author's chiropractic visits because he single handily carries the entire Verizon company on his back!”

“Who hasn't been to a Walmart? This walmart I have to say is much better than the one in my town. It's layed out different. I like it. They had alot yet left over from Christmas. Like 3 isles of Christmas stuff. I found some adorable little cactus ornaments for next year. They were 50% Off so $1.00 for 4 little ones. I bought 2 packages I thought they were adorable! The garden department where all the Christmas stuff was is now bare in areas. Over all we didn't mind shopping here. We would definitely stop back here and shop!”

“I put 5 stars because I haven't bought one but I wanted to get 1 tomorrow when I go to the grocery store. I doubt I will though after reading these reviews. My husband went in the store at Fiddlers Run today and was so excited to get a phone for me but I told him to wait until tomorrow so I could look at the ratings and reviews. It also says on here that they were closing in 2022. I am confused and don't know if I should in EST in one or not after reading the reviews. I'm not worried about Customer Service because I can get as rude as they are. Can someone give me advice.”

“I went to the store yesterday and the stores manager, Roger, helped me. It took me a little while to pick a phone but he was very patient. When I got home and was downloading my new content the phone started to lock up. So today I went back to the store and again the store manager, Roger, came over to help me and the process switching to a new phone was so easy!”
