“AT&T Morganton store really hooked me up. After an exhausting, upsetting and waste of 2 hours at the Spectrum store in Morganton I was still not able to get internet WIFI because spectrum demanded home mortgage information on the house I own. I got frustrated with spectrum and went to the Morganton AT&T store. Not only did AT&T associate Brayden open the door as he noticed my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Jeremaih and the store manager Megan. After hearing my plight Megan suggested the AT&T Air tower and it works great. It's lighting fast @ 1Gbps and $20 bucks cheaper than those other guys (Boo spectrum Boo). Anyway I went from a $80 500mbps internet from spectrum to $60 bucks 1Gbps from AT&T. So I am here to tell you.If you're a spectrum, customer forget them fools. And go to AT&T for your internet needs.”
“This place saved my sanity. My phone was not charging. I had driven to Morganton to Shelby to sell a vehicle. I needed my phone to work. They were able to charge it for $0 !
I did purchase a super fast good charger so I feel better about everything.
