“This place saved my sanity. My phone was not charging. I had driven to Morganton to Shelby to sell a vehicle. I needed my phone to work. They were able to charge it for $0 ! I did purchase a super fast good charger so I feel better about everything. I thought I had lost an iPad and an old phone, but when I drove out of the parking lot, they flew off the top of my car. The iPad went to the curb, the phone in the middle of the road. I retrieved both and they both are working fine. My lucky day all around. Thanks to the gentleman who helped me!”

“I went to the store yesterday and the stores manager, Roger, helped me. It took me a little while to pick a phone but he was very patient. When I got home and was downloading my new content the phone started to lock up. So today I went back to the store and again the store manager, Roger, came over to help me and the process switching to a new phone was so easy!”
