“This place is fantastic! I had a broken phone screen and went by here because it popped up on Google maps when I was searching for a phone repair place. I brought my phone to them without any heads up, and they had my phone repaired in less than 24 hours! The employee even suggested a couple places for us to grab lunch when we came to pick my phone up. I appreciate this place a lot!”

“I put 5 stars because I haven't bought one but I wanted to get 1 tomorrow when I go to the grocery store. I doubt I will though after reading these reviews. My husband went in the store at Fiddlers Run today and was so excited to get a phone for me but I told him to wait until tomorrow so I could look at the ratings and reviews. It also says on here that they were closing in 2022. I am confused and don't know if I should in EST in one or not after reading the reviews. I'm not worried about Customer Service because I can get as rude as they are. Can someone give me advice.”
“I went to the store yesterday and the stores manager, Roger, helped me. It took me a little while to pick a phone but he was very patient. When I got home and was downloading my new content the phone started to lock up. So today I went back to the store and again the store manager, Roger, came over to help me and the process switching to a new phone was so easy!”

“The gentleman that helped me was awesome. He asked pertinent questions concerning my needs, transferred all of my data and prepared my old device to be returned to Verizon for my credit. He even helped with my 2 year old grandson and it was greatly appreciated. With his help we were in and out quickly.”
