“I am very disappointed! My sales rep there was very nice! However, I submitted a receipt from Carolina West when I switched over to you showing my phone was paid off. Now you guys are asking me for more information a copy of my last bill with Caroline West and it is not showing that I paid off, but I have a receipt that I paid that phone off. I’m still waiting both of your websites. Do not even work for me to upload this again. I am not a happy camper. WHERE IS MY MONEY FOR SWITCHING???”

“I shall miss you Carolina West Wireless (going away on September 30th)! It was a wonderful experience service that I started joining since the year of 2018 in the past 8 years and I never had any issue with them. Thanks to Ravin, The Blankenship man, Martha, Yessenia, Brianna and N’dea who helped me set up my iPhone and everything when I first started Apple 💙💚🤍!!!”
