Estes has great customer service. If anything goes wrong with a shipment, they are quick to fix the issue and keep constant communication. I can't recommend them enough for your freight needs.

Just want to say that Crystal at Estes Express was super friendly and helpful. She quickly offered to call and stop a delivery for a product we no longer needed. This saved us time and the hassle of having to ship something back. Awesome service!
