“My first order was delivered just a little while ago. I am so mad at myself for not discovering this store sooner. Excellent customer service and wonderful products. Thanks Jake .”

“I’ve been coming here for years and always have such a great experience! She truly cares about ensuring you get the best cost possible (looking across all shipping vendors) and that everything arrives when you need it to. 10/10 customer service!”

“Amazing customer service. From my first call to our final delivery, their team was perfect and I would highly recommend Navis. I had a bunch of furniture delivered to them as it had to go to a warehouse, they stored it for over a month waiting on all items to be delivered, took photos and updated me when anything arrived and the same day the last items arrived at their warehouse they brought everything to my home, unboxed it and placed everything in each room. Amazing business all around.”

“Super professional and friendly staff. Everything goes so quickly there. Today I was surpised by how nice they are. I misread the opening times and was there 2 hours after closing. I just read the time, did not knock on the door and was leaving. The lady who works there opened the door and said: I will save you a trip back, and took the packages I had. Thank you!”

“We've dropped off Amazon returns, shipped packages and needed help making copies and the staff at this UPS Store has always been fantastic! We honestly send things via UPS vs other competitors because it's so much easier with the staff at this location”

“When I first started out on my Estes journey, I had made up my mind that if my anything came through them I did not want it. Estate uses 3rd party services and when I say the one they put me with was not customer service friendly, they were not. But then I spoke with Crystal Robinson-Mathews in Raleigh. Angel of a personality and will let you know what she can and can’t do. Most of all in a time when compassion, kindness, and respect for a person is needed, she came through. Thanks Estes for having Crystal on your team. She helped to make you five stars. Robin Jamison 8/12/26”

“Spacious docks. Not much room for a 10 hour break. Get creative. The swampy area at the end has frogs chirping all night. Crack the window open for fresh air and indulge in nature's lullaby.”

3601 Davis Drive, Morrisville NC 27560
“Full service store. Great customer service as usual. I use FedEx for international mail for documents or sending funds. We get a better exchange rate at the destination banks instead of Western Union. However you should be sending a large amount because FedEx is fast but not cheap. Internal mail is $10 but USPS is not working anymore so for us.”

“Pam provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. She went above and beyond to help me and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on her face. Her kindness, patience, and positive attitude made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I truly wish every business had people like Pam. The professionalism, care, and genuine friendliness she showed are hard to find these days. Thank you, Pam, for your outstanding service and for making me feel valued as a customer.”
